Why go to technical diving?
In the life of many divers comes a moment when you want to dive deeper. It means that it’s time to learn what technical diving is.
Technical diving is a dive that includes one of the following elements
- Depth of dive exceeds 40 meters
- The amount of inert gases accumulated during the dive causes the need to make decompression stops.
- During the dive, we plan to penetrate into the above-head environments - diving in caves, penetration of sunken ships, diving under ice.
- Several gas mixtures are used in one daiwa to combat nitrogen anesthesia, oxygen poisoning and accelerated decompression.
For technical diving
- Careful planning of every dive.
- Use of more complex equipment compared to recreational diving.
- Serious theoretical training of divers.
- Strong stress tolerance and careful approach to psychological and physical health.
Diver, able to safely make deep and difficult dives causes great respect of the surrounding, but the risk in technical diving is many times higher than recreation.
If you are not prepared to take this risk and the additional responsibility for your life and the lives of your partners, you should not engage in technical diving.
