PADI Deep Diver Course

PADI Deep Diver Course rack rate — $305

The PADI Deep Diver Specialty course teaches you how to dive to depths of up to 40 meters without decompression. A Deep Diver certificate is required to take the Advanced Nitrox Diver initial technical diving course.

Minimum qualification to enroll in the Deep Diver Course is PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or equivalents. Minimum age is 15 years.

The course program includes 4 dives in open water in 2 days. All dives are non-decompression.

The PADI Deep Diver course includes:

  • Theory of deep diving

  • Overview of the planning table and dive computers.

  • Practicing the technique of descent and ascent, buoyancy control at greater depths.

  • Practicing the safety stop technique and the decompression action plan.

  • Use of special equipment: spare cylinders, descent lines, SMB and lift bags.

The price of the Deep Diver course includes:

  • Transfer from the hotel to  Dolphin or the port, and back.
  • 4 training dives from the shore and/or from the boat.
  • PADI Certification
  • Instructor's work.
  • Use of all necessary training materials and special equipment for the duration of the course, including: underwater computer, buoy, coil, spare stage cylinders.
  • 14% VAT and 10% entertainment tax.

Additional options and costs:

  • Diving insurance is mandatory for children under 18 years old and for divers over 55. For others, it is highly recommended. It costs $8 per day if issued at Dolphin. But it can also be obtained at home as an extension of travel insurance.
  • Rental of basic dive equipment (if needed).
  • State park fee/boat dives only $ 8
  • 15 l air or 12 l NITROX tanks 6$/tank
  • Drinks and lunch onboard $ 8

Wrecks and Dahab diving within the course are subject to extra charge according to the price list.
