PADI Wreck Diver Course
PADI Wreck Diver Course price $375
PADI Wreck Diver Specialty Course will be of interest to those who want to see sunken ships, planes and other objects created by human hands. Divers who are at least 15 years old and have an Advanced Open Water Diver certification or equivalent are eligible to take this course.
The program of the special course includes 4 dives in open water, which can be done within 2 days.
What is involved?
- Planning, organization, methodology, technique of diving on sunken objects, as well as the difficulties and dangers involved.
- Preparation and use of torches, spare tanks, special equipment, ropes, reels, etc.
- Diving in conditions of limited visibility, emergency action plan.
On the Wreck Diver course, you will have an opportunity to dive on one of our local wrecks:
SS Dunraven Sailing-steam brigantine XIX century
She was launched in Newcastle (Great Britain) in 1873.

She was heading from Glasgow to Suez with a cargo of military equipment for Montgomery British army. She was bombed and sank on 6 October 1941 off Sha'ab Ali Reef in Gubal Strait. 9 crew members were killed.

The price of PADI Wreck diving course includes:
- Transfer from the hotel to the Dolphin or the port, and back
